Per site, per month. Words are counted once in your site's own language, however many languages you publish.
Which tier do I need?
Tiers are set by the translatable words on your site, counted once in its own language. When you open a site's Translation tab we read its pages and posts and show the word count before you pay, so the right tier is a number rather than a guess. A brochure site usually fits the Standard tier; a blog with years of posts, the Large tier; a WooCommerce store with a big catalogue, the Shop tier.
What if my site grows past its tier?
Nothing already translated is lost. The Translation tab tells you the site now has more words than its tier covers, and moving to the next tier translates the rest. A site with more than 1,000,000 words, or more than 2,000 pages and posts, is one we plan with you rather than enrol automatically — contact us and we will translate it in sections.
Can I use it without a subscription?
Yes. The Zinn® Translate plugin is free and works with your own Google Gemini, DeepL or OpenAI key, in which case the provider bills you directly and you need no Zinn Digital® account. The subscription is for when you would rather we handle translation, caching and keeping it up to date for you.
